I’ve read posts here by many saying they deleted and reinstalled the app after having issues with it and the problem then disappeared. Yes once the voyage is within a few weeks of sailing you’ll be able to make dinner reservations etc on it but much of the info isn’t available until after boarding. How do I add a cruise into "My Princess" account?
I did this a number of times, in late 2021 and into the spring of 2022, and they were surprisingly responsive. They often answered quickly, even on weekends, and eventually sorted out my problems, though they admitted they sometimes prioritized their support/fixes by your sailing date. Note that any change to your cruise booking take a couple of days to be sync'd to the Princess App.

My TA tells me that the problem comes from the fact that my cruise is only due to sail in 2024. I created an account for the app but it will not take my booking number. System is saying no booking number found when I put it in to try and link it.
Once on the ship, the Princess App has a lot more functionality than you see pre-cruise. Pre-Cruise, there are some more things you can see and do in the actual App versus the web version. Not sure what data you entered here, but I do see that you eventually figured out how to get into the web version of the App from the link in Cruise Personalizer. We are traveling with 2 other couples in March and I gave them those instructions for logging in.

I have the same credentials for both, but the phone app and the web version apparently thinks that I am two different people. In my case the phone app shows me as captains club status blue, while the web app has me as captains club status black. Something that Princess seems to like to do if it cannot match your complete data set. That is all hypothesis but a month back I explained it all to one of the medallion group and they were able to fix the problem in about 5 minutes. I can’t access bookings through either the app or the Cruise Personalizer.
